Try your preview now, it should work! When we launched the video conversion server we removed a process that moves the headers to the front of the original file for streaming. As a result, the file you see in your preview doesn't currently stream properly BUT once it runs through our conversion server, it works fine. You should be good to go with publishing!

Have you tried using Swivel? You can line up several swfs in a row for mp4 upload.
