This would be an AWESOME show, the only problem is, who would the audience be for? Kids? Nah, if you ever get cartoon network or nickalodeon, watch their stuff and you will freak out, those people have issues.
Adults? They have reality shows and showtime, Dexter and Sparticus (COOOOOOOOOOOCK) are all they need.
Your only audience would be young adults, which may or may not have a station in aussie land, but in USA we have comedy central and adult swim on cartoon network. I would love to see RAGEMELON on these channels, but anywhere else and it would probably flop.
It would be truly epic if you could make this into a show, TRULY EPIC.
the target demographic was boys 8-12, but the network guy who replied to me said that in his opinion the target was actually significantly younger.

Oh, so including Ragemelon in Ask Raptor Jesus, which was broadcasted on Aussie television I believe, was foreshadowing for his own series? Oh my Fernando! That's genius! To bad it didn't work out though. :(
Also, to discuss further upon PiGPEN's comments, why would Pleasure Island as it is not be suitable for kids? I know when I have children I will force them to watch every animation by you ever uploaded on Newgrounds. >:3

I would watch that, even as an adult. That show sounds awesome, especially coming from your mind genius mind. Plus I loved Rage Melon in Ask Raptor Jesus as well as those House of Squid comics, where he looked more like a fat pickle. Rage Melon is just so bloody awesome.
Shame it won't end up becoming a reality.
i tried to write the pilot as something both kids and adults could enjoy. but the guy said it was too dialogue driven, so i guess kids just want action, apparently.

I'm surprised he said the age would be younger, but I could see that. Still, being 20, I would watch Ragemelon on a daily basis just on the sheer fact of AWESOMENESS.
